RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The conditions of the goods must always be checked upon receipt no later than 10 days, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal through your communication via e-mail or WhatsApp message in the following cases:
- defective item - damaged
- arrival of an incorrect item
- in cases of wrong size according to the one ordered
All our items are checked before being shipped, the right of withdrawal lapses if the returned item is used.
There is NO exchange, return or refund on goods ordered on request except in the case of manufacturing defects, in the case of clothing the customer will have to take the measurement based on his body,
there is no return, exchange or refund on sizes taken "by eye".
One-size-fits-all items and footwear will NOT be replaced.
TIME FOR RETURNS - REFUND
For the cases listed above, the times for the return must not exceed 10 days from receipt of the goods; after these days the right of withdrawal lapses, the return of the goods must be authorized by us via email or WhatsApp message.
The goods must be returned intact with tracked shipping at your expense, complete with all its parts eg. labels, laces, hooks, parts of a suit etc.
It is possible to choose reimbursement of the items or have a voucher that can be spent in the shop of the same value excluding shipping costs.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
Payment can be made directly from the shopping cart by paying with PayPal or with credit and prepaid cards. For those who cannot make these payments, you can contact us by message and top up our PostePay or bank transfer.
We DO NOT offer cash on delivery except to customers who have already purchased from us.
